The University of South Alabama Student Housing project is a 110,000 square foot dormitory on the University of South Alabama campus. The project is a large four story building internally divided into three separate sections and containing 169 dormitory units, classrooms, and large study areas. The electrical system consists of two 3000A electrical services, a fully addressable fire alarm system, and an extensive Panduit certified data/comm system.
Hampton Inn

Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando is the first of four new construction hotel projects on a 12-acre parcel located in Orlando Gateway, a 120-acre development located just north of the Orlando International Airport. The Hampton Inn, and the three succeeding hotels to be built on the parcel, are owned and developed by the McKibbon Hotel Group; a renown multi-award winning company known in the hospitality industry as one of the Nation's best hoteliers.
The property is adjacent to a number of restaurants and retail shopping areas. The amenities will include a suite of meeting rooms, a large fitness area, large breakfast kitchen, a business office and a full pool plaza. The project is an 8-story precast, hollow-core, concrete plank building supported by a load-bearing masonry structure. The electrical system consists of a 3000A service and switchboard, which will supply the project's 25 panel boards distributed throughout the building. A roof mounted generator and automatic transfer switch is also included to service the Hotels computer and safety systems in the event of a power outage. The project also contains a fully addressable fire alarm system.
Allied Health Building

The Allied Health Building at Moultrie Technical College is a 50,000 sq. ft. 2 story structure. This new structure will house the Colleges' nursing, medical therapy, and radiology classrooms and labs. The building is designed to meet LEED Silver certification. The electrical systems will be state of the art, using LED and fluorescent lighting, Automatic Lighting Controls, daylight harvesting as methods of energy conservation. Additionally, the low voltage systems will include CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, and Audio Visual systems throughout the building. The architecture of the new building blends with the existing college and includes a large 2 story atrium style entrance and a tiered lecture hall.
Warren Building

The Warren Building in Tallahassee Fl. Was an old State building donated to Florida State University by the State of Florida. This 7 story Project received a total renovation and was completed in 4 months and opened up to the public on schedule. The building is used as a hearing and speech clinic with a Neurological Disorders section. It has a 1000A service with 15 sub panels and 2 elevators including newly installed chillers, boilers and pumps all in a mechanical yard at the SW corner of the Building.
